Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Proposal Engineering & Contract Fulfilment Manager to oversee the preparation of technical proposals, manage order processing, and ensure timely contract execution. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to create accurate bids, select appropriate solutions, and ensure smooth order fulfilment while maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage technical proposals, bids, and quotations based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure proposals align with client specifications and company offerings.
• Ensure the timely and accurate execution of contracts, from order receipt to delivery.
• Monitor and manage contract fulfillment processes, ensuring compliance with terms and timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Perform material inspections and resolve issues related to product delivery and quality.
• Track project progress, address any discrepancies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in proposal engineering, contract management, or a related field.
