Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-centric Sales & Service Manager responsible for ensuring
the smooth operation and maintenance of supplied materials while driving new business opportunities.
This role involves conducting service visits to assess product performance, address any issues, and
generate new inquiries to fuel future sales. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to
ensure satisfaction, provide ongoing support, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of supplied materials, addressing any operational
issues during service visits.
• Generate new inquiries and business leads during service visits and by maintaining strong client
relationships.
• Provide technical support and recommendations for improvements based on client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and submit service reports, documenting issues and resolutions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, service, and technical support, particularly in a product-related
industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
• Technical knowledge of products and ability to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
